A polite notice to our Clients,
We have recently been experiencing a lot of last minute cancellations.
We absolutely appreciate that things crop up and are unavoidable, however it is last minute cancellations and unfilled appointment slots that can be really damaging to little local businesses like us.
We do have a 24 hour cancelation policy and if appointments are cancelled after this period there is a fee for payment of half of your treatment or service. If you do not let us know you cant attend and “no show” to an appointment you will be charged the full amount.
Please try and let us know with as much time as possible if you cannot make your appointment.
